Weninger also had two breakaway's stopped, Robinson twice missed the mark after being one on one with the keeper, UNBC was limited to two shots attempts at goal in the game, Brittany Shillingford, Nicholson, Sam Rodgers, Jessica Burma and Steph dean had strong games for the Mariners.

"We were focused for 90 minutes today, played strong defensively as a unit, I thought our shape was real good  , when we play with that kind of passion and focus we are a tough team to play against, we won most of the battles today, It's always a long and tough trip up to Prince George so it's nice to get the three points, we have two big games next weekend against  the always tough TRU and UBCO teams, the Wolfpack are playing great right now, both of those teams are well coached, we need to be ready to battle hard in both of those matches"
