Fitness & Lifestyles is all about keeping students healthy, inside and out. Through health education, disease prevention, fitness enhancement and wellness programs and initiatives, Fitness & Lifestyles works to empower and encourage students to take responsibility for their own health. Activities include fitness classes, biometric and mental health screenings, smoking cessation, blood donor clinics, health fairs, physical activity and nutrition challenges, and overall management of health and well-being through the delivery of health prevention and promotion wellness programming.
