AEROBIC & STRENGTH ACTIVITIES

30 Minute Upper Body and Core

This class will focus on toning, lengthening and stretching the body using Pilate’s movements. This is low impact and suitable for everyone. Perfect combo for Zumba participants or gym users to have a quick core workout.

45 Minute HIIT Outdoor Bootcamp

Join us for a high energy 45 minute workout out in the open air. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is proven to be the best way to get in shape and burn fat. This is a fun-filled class dedicated to functional training that will improve your everyday life. Class will focus on total body strengthening, improving agility, increasing cardiovascular fitness, and developing a stronger core.

Butts & Guts

One hour totally dedicated to the strengthening and toning of the core of the body and glutes. Equipment will be used. This is a non-cardio class but appropriate exercise footwear and clothing would be highly recommended. Come prepared to sweat.

Boxing Kickboxing Basics

Boxers are some of the best-conditioned athletes. Get ready to seriously learn real boxing and kickboxing using the same moves and drills the professional fighters use! Suitable for both male and females, Tomari Kickboxing uses all the same boxing moves as traditional boxing plus the inclusion of the most effective Martial Arts kicks that are actually used in Kickboxing bouts.

Cycle Blast

Blast off two awesome workouts back to back! Class starts with 1/2 hour spin session to get the heart pumping followed by alternating days to strengthen your upper body and core followed by lower body strength conditioning exercises. This class has it all! All levels welcome!

Full Body Circuit

This class provides a full body weight training based workout using stability balls, bosus, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. There will be workout stations set-up which will be timed "circuit style" going from station to station improving muscular strength and endurance as well as building on cardiovascular fitness levels as well. Get ready to increase your fitness level! This class is for all ages and fitness levels.

Outdoor Cross Training Bootcamp

This is the class where literally anything goes. Push your own personal limits through a challenging and unique blend of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, strength and endurance training and calisthenics. This class is sure to get you results.

Morning Bootcamp 

Start your morning and feel empowered for the rest of the day! This is the class where literally anything goes. Push your own personal limits through a challenging and unique blend of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, strength and endurance training and calisthenics using the campus and surrounding areas. This class is sure to get you results.

Sunrise Cycle

There is nothing better than starting your day with Spin indoor cycling which provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Spin is a great way to get a vigorous workout without the impact of running or jumping. Working at your own pace, you will experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction.

Spin & Core

Perfect for those looking to effectively train every part of their bodies. In this class you will challenge yourself using intervals of cycling and off the bike exercises. This class is for you if you want to increase your cardio endurance, build muscular strength and burn fat.

Women’s Kickboxing/Street Self Defense

Kickboxing is a great workout combining, strength, stretching, cardio and how to kick and punch like a real fighter. This is not a cardio kickboxing class, this is the real thing. As a bonus every class will cover real life self defense designed for women that will greatly increase your survival of a violent attack.

DANCE

Hip Hop Bootcamp

This class combines hip hop choreography and technical training in a fun environment for all levels. Perfect for those looking for a dance-based cardio and body weight workout. Styles to be covered include old school, popping, locking, house and waacking.

MTV Jazz Dance

Danielle has toured with Pink and danced with Madonna, so join this class for the real thing! MTV Jazz is a fantastic fusion of technique and your own sassy, personal style! Combined with a variety of different styles of Jazz dance and Hip Hop, be a part of a style of dance that is seen in music videos and commercial performances. Bring out your Beyoncé and your JT! All levels welcome!!

Zumba

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that is moving millions of people towards joy and health.

Mobility & Flexibility Yoga

This class is designed to improve range of motion using different exercises and stretches. Participants will learn Self Myofascia release to help release tension from the body and improve body function. We will be using foam roller, balls and yoga straps.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Join Laura as she leads you through a series of poses working on balance, flexibility and breathe work. Benefits including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Rise & Shine Yoga

Greet your day with this gentle and invigorating yoga practice. Rise and Shine yoga is a great way to wake up and set the tone of your day. Join Laura to lead you through a series of poses working on balance, flexibility and breathe work. Expect tunes and a fun welcoming environment. All levels welcome.

Yoga Pilates

This class is a great combination of Yoga and Pilates. We will do breath-work and sun salutations to warm up, then focus on lengthening the body and strengthening the core through classic Pilates moves. At times, we may incorporate Swiss balls to challenge our stability. After the work-out, we close with a period of guided relaxation to feel fully refreshed.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where we connect breath and movement, moving fluidly from one pose the other. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and stamina.

Yoga Core

Yoga Core emphasizes static and dynamic Yoga poses that develop a strong and supple abdomen and lower back, essential for healthy posture, good digestion, and overall health. We will work the mid-section of the body and incorporate conscious breathing and deep relaxation to complete our practice.

Yin Yoga

Sink into stillness and slow down your body & mind. This class will help you increase flexibility and your range of motion and will calm your mind. A great class for stress release.
