Nanaimo Sports Achievement Awards

VIU Mariners win 3 major awards at the Nanaimo Sports Achievement Banquet held Thursday night at the Coast Bastion Hotel.
Women's Soccer player Shea Battie received Female Athlete of the year (team),
Golfer Mitch Turko won Male Athlete of the year (individual) and
Story of the year for winning all 4 PACWEST court sports, Women's and Men's Volleyball and Basketball  in 2019.
