Victoria's Camosun Chargers come to town for the last weekend set of the semester
Nanaimo, BC - The Mariners are in the middle of a four-team fight for the top record in the PACWEST conference. They'll look to bank some important points at home for their final games before the holiday break as the Camosun Chargers come to town.
Who, When and Where
- VIU Mariners (8-2, CCAA-ranked #11, tied for second in the PACWEST) vs Camosun Chargers (3-7, fifth in the PACWEST)
- Friday, November 28 at the VIU Gymnasium, 6 pm
- Saturday, November 29 at the VIU Gymnasium, 1 pm

Games are streamed on the VIU Mariners Athletics YouTube page. Friday's livesteam will be produced by Rogers TV Nanaimo.
Watch Out Now
Camosun: Swiss forward Kanda Diop leads the conference in rebounding (10.3 per game) and is second in field goal percentage (48.3%). Jayci Chase and and Brooklyn Walbaum are both averaging just under 10 points per game.
VIU: Guard Sammy Shields leads VIU in points and is averaging 9.4 per game. Kiayra Hohlweg leads the Mariners in rebounds with an average of 6 per game, almost evenly split between offensive and defensive boards.
